CROWN HOOKAH HMD
The design of a Hookah Heat Management Device (HMD) is a pivotal aspect for every hookah brand. When approached from an industrial design perspective, creating a Hookah HMD proves to be considerably more challenging than designing a traditional hookah. This complexity arises primarily from navigating the constraints of an extremely limited spatial dimension, coupled with a restricted choice of colors and materials. Crafting a Hookah HMD that stands out from competitors and possesses distinctive recognition truly puts the creativity of a designer to the test.
In March 2023, we initiated a project to conceptualize and design an entirely new Hookah HMD. After a meticulous 9-month process, we are thrilled with the final outcome, taking immense pride in introducing new life—the Crown Hookah HMD—to the hookah community.
The Crown Hookah HMD seamlessly complements nearly all hookah brands on the market, including popular ones like Oblako and Kong. Additionally, it provides the flexibility to pair with any YIMI HOOKAH BOWL.
Crafted from durable food-grade 304 stainless steel, the Crown Hookah HMD ensures longevity. It effortlessly accommodates either 3 pieces of 25 x 25 x 25mm or 26 x 26 x 26mm coconut hookah charcoals.
Featuring convenient side holes for Hookah tongs insertion, the hookah tongs can also serve as handles for easy mobility. This versatility makes the hookah tong-Blade an ideal companion for the Crown Hookah HMD.
To ensure optimal airflow and heat conduction, the bottom of the Crown Hookah HMD includes 25 small holes with a diameter of 3mm.
To infuse a touch of creativity, we employed a 360-degree black laser engraving technique around the Crown Hookah HMD. The engravings showcase unique patterns specially designed by our creative design team.
